We believe
- ...that the collective intelligence of every organization, large or small, is far greater than the knowledge of any one person.

- ...that it is the semantic connection between people and knowledge, or the socialization of knowledge, that has been missing from previous knowledge management initiatives.
- ...that content management systems and knowledge portals do not [attempt to] socialize all of the valuable knowledge that they contain.
